This mod needs NVSE otherwise it won't work correctly. So all his weather variations (those are quite a lot, 55 to be precise) have been URWLified. If you don't know what URWLNV is i can tell you that it is a mod which attempts to make lighting realistic. URWLified is the Nevada Skies from which all the weather schemes are made to look and feel like URWLNV.
